Sales Estimator

Bison Project Group is a growing Melbourne business operating across demolition, asbestos removal, waste management and recycling. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Estimator to join our team.
The RoleThis is a hands-on estimating and sales role. You’ll manage enquiries from initial contact through to quotation and follow-up, helping convert opportunities into secured work.You’ll be responsible for:Responding to new sales enquiriesAttending sites and assessing demolition requirementsPreparing accurate, competitive quotationsFollowing up quotes and converting opportunitiesBuilding relationships with builders, developers and clientsMaintaining leads and opportunities in our CRMWorking closely with operations to ensure quoted works can be delivered effectivelyAbout YouWe’re looking for someone who is:Confident dealing with customersCommercially minded and comfortable with numbersOrganised and able to manage multiple opportunitiesProactive with quote follow-up and salesComfortable working independently and as part of a teamExperience in demolition, construction, earthmoving, waste or a similar industry is highly regarded, but not essential.
