The Role
We’re looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team. Working closely with our Head Chef, you’ll help a dedicated kitchen brigade, maintain exceptional food standards, and contribute to the creative direction of the menu. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations

• Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency

• Manage prep and efficient service

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

About You:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-quality venue

• A strong understanding of seasonal, produce-driven cooking

• Excellent communication

• Calm under pressure with a focus on teamwork and professionalism
