This position would suit someone with previous Owners Corporation / strata experience who enjoys building strong relationships with committees, owners, contractors and service providers, while keeping things organised and moving forward behind the scenes.
The role In this position, your responsibilities are likely to include:

• Managing a portfolio of Owners Corporations across residential and mixed-use properties.
• Preparing for and attending AGMs, committee meetings and other meetings as required.
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance, quotes and contractor communication for common property.
• Handling owner and committee enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assisting with budgets, levy processes, records, compliance and general administration related to each scheme.

About you To be considered, you will ideally bring:

• Previous experience in Owners Corporation, strata or a closely related property role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Solid time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities across a portfolio.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work with autonomy.
• A genuine interest in property and a commitment to delivering strong service outcomes.
