We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced leader to step into a role as an Educational Leader. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on guiding others, driving quality outcomes, and being hands-on in both the operational and educational heartbeat of a high-performing centre.

About the Role
This leadership position is perfect for someone who wants to make a real difference, both in the classroom and across the service. You’ll work closely with our Centre Director, supporting Room Leaders, leading curriculum development, and mentoring our wonderful team of educators.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting day-to-day centre operations and stepping in as Responsible Person when needed

• Leading curriculum direction and inspiring reflective practice across all rooms

• Coaching, mentoring and supporting educators in planning and program delivery

• Collaborating on compliance, quality improvement, and family engagement

• Working on the floor to support when required

What We’re Looking For

• Working towards or hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education

• Must be available to act as the Responsible Person, including opening and closing the service when required.

• Experience as an Educational Leader (essential)

• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and inquiry-based, child-led practices

• Confident in curriculum design, programming, planning, and critical reflection

• A genuine passion for mentoring and helping others grow

• Current WA Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR

• Currently residing in Perth, WA (interstate candidates will not be considered)

• Full working rights in Australia
