The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and greeting customers

• Identifying customers’ vehicle requirements and recommending suitable solutions

• Responding to, logging and following up sales enquiries

• Answering phone calls and booking appointments

• Following the dealership’s established sales process

• Maintaining a high standard of vehicle and dealership presentation

• Building strong customer relationships

• Achieving individual and dealership sales targets and KPIs

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Genuine and honest customer service skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team

• A positive, can-do attitude and strong initiative

• A drive to succeed and achieve sales targets

• A current WA driver’s licence

• A valid Motor Vehicle Salesperson’s Licence

• Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn

• A passion for the automotive industry

Previous automotive sales experience will be highly regarded.
