At The Australian Ballet School, we train dancers for the world stage. For every student who walks through our doors, that journey starts with a first enquiry, an audition, an offer… and that's where you come in.

We're looking for a Student Enrolments and Operations Manager to own the end-to-end enrolment experience for students and families, while helping keep the School's day-to-day operations, events and facilities running smoothly. With approximately 110 full-time students, The Australian Ballet School is a small, close-knit school - this is a genuinely hands-on role where you'll own the function end to end, working closely with a small team where everyone pitches in.

The role:

• Manage the full enrolment lifecycle - applications, auditions, offers, acceptances and re-enrolments - including communication with students, families and referring organisations

• Coordinate audition administration, scheduling and follow-up, and prepare enrolment and statistical reporting

• Support planning and delivery of school events, including timelines, logistics and staffing, alongside day-to-day office management

• Support families with information on programs, entry requirements and key dates, and represent the School at open days and information sessions

• Maintain accurate, confidential student records, liaising with the RTO Lead to ensure compliance

• Provide reception coverage as part of a rotating roster

• Champion the School's commitment to child safety in all aspects of the role

What you'll bring:

• Demonstrated experience in student enrolments, admissions or client services, ideally within an educational environment (secondary or RTO admissions)

• A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent VET qualification), plus a tertiary qualification in administration, education, business or a related field

• Proficiency with student management or CRM systems, strong data entry skills, and an understanding of compliance in an educational or vocational setting

• Experience coordinating events or projects, including logistics and stakeholder liaison
