Disability Support Worker - Kingaroy

Remuneration: $46.18 - $50.38 ph (includes 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits

South Burnett Community Services offers a broad range of supports for people living with disability across the South Burnett and surrounding regions, helping individuals achieve their goals and meet their unique needs.

As a Support Worker, You Will

Supporting clients in achieving personal and developmental goalsAssisting with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparationProviding in-home and community-based support to promote independenceEncouraging skill development through mentoring and positive role modellingCollaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure high-quality careMaintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with guidelines

About You

Transferable skills and/or study in a related fieldA strong passion for empowering individuals with a disabilityExcellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and their families.A valid Queensland Driver’s Licence and a fully insured vehicle to support clients.A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
