• 1x Ongoing Full-Time role
• Location: Parramatta (The team currently work 5 days a fortnight in the office. On Tuesdays the team are based at the Parramatta office, with the option to work at local offices for the remainder days.)
• Clerk Grade 5/6 salary ranging from $102,936 - $113,579 + super and annual leave loading

About the role

The Quality Assurance Support Officer supports the implementation of Training Services’ Quality Assurance Strategy in accordance with the NSW Quality Framework to ensure the provision of quality vocational education and training by contracted Registered Training Organisations

About you

• Experience in data management
• Strong risk assessment and decision-making skills.
• Experience with triaging and prioritising
• Intermediate to advanced digital proficiency
• Strong attention to detail
• Vocational education experience highly desirable
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

Note: the selection process will include a range of assessment techniques to assist in determining your suitability for the role. Successful candidates will be required to undertake pre-employment screening for this role which includes a National Criminal History Check.

As a condition of employment, successful candidates not currently employed by the Department must provide a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance number. Renewal is not required after the WWCC expires, as long as you remain in a non–child-related role. Employer obligations only apply while the WWCC is valid.
