Support course quality, accreditation and curriculum reviews to enhance learning, compliance and student experience across the Faculty of Health.

About the Position
As a Quality Support Officer, you will support course and unit development, review and accreditation across the Faculty of Health. 

You will provide administrative support to learning and teaching committees, analyse data to identify quality improvements, maintain accurate curriculum records and ensure compliance with regulatory and professional accreditation requirements. Working closely with staff and stakeholders, you will help improve processes, enhance the student experience and support the delivery of high-quality learning and teaching.

About You
To be successful, you will require:

Essential competencies

• Demonstrated high level of computer literacy, including word processing and electronic document management.
• Experience in supporting committees, the collection and synthesis of information/data and the preparation of high-quality resources and reports.
• Demonstrated high level interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills including the ability to communicate in a culturally sensitive manner with internal and external stakeholders to whom English may not be the first language.
• Strong organisational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing demands without compromising standards of service or quality.
• Proven ability to work autonomously with demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work in a challenging environment with problem-solving skills to achieve specific outcomes, initiative, discretion and judgement.
• Commitment to the University’s values.

Desirable competencies

• Previous experience working within the AQF and/or TEQSA frameworks.
• Knowledge of CDU HE course award structures including an understanding of the HE accreditation process and practices in a university setting.
• Ability in data reporting and workflow automation.

Remuneration 
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Level 5. The base salary will be in the range of $75,927 - $87,716 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $88,834 - $102,627 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
