As our Marketing Specialist, you'll own the execution of marketing activity across Australia and New Zealand, supporting core business units and our reseller channel, with a strong focus on growth, campaigns, and thought leadership. This is a hands-on role where you'll drive lead generation and campaign management focused on growing revenue through module and upgrade adoption and new logos. You'll bring structure, energy, and attention to detail to a fast-moving team where your work is highly visible and directly connected to business outcomes. You'll unlock our customer base through engaging campaigns, where our BDRs, sales team, and resellers can convert into meaningful engagements. 

Role Responsibilities. 

Working across two of our core business units, you will be delivering marketing outcomes across both. 

You will own growth for the region, driving campaigns that grow revenue through module and upgrade adoption and new logos. 

Drive thought leadership that builds reputation in market. 

Plan and deliver activation campaigns and webinars. 

Build and support the sales team with battle cards, ICPs, and personas. 

Build brand through action, with success measured by lead volume and sales results. 

Work with resellers to build marketing plans and execution plans. 

What We're Looking For.

You're skilled at driving campaigns into market that create new opportunities and drive cross sell and upsell. 

You're metrics focused and build programs that work hand in hand with our SDR/BDR team and reseller channel, enabling sales to build pipeline and convert both new and existing customers. 

Ideally, you have experience working with and driving engagement through a reseller channel, supporting the channel and creating assets that can be used through resellers to create more meaningful engagement. 

You think outside the square, build strategy, and bring a high execution mindset.
