Marketing & Communication Specialist

You're the person behind the camera and behind the plan. You'll shoot and edit the video and photo content that shows up on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook, and you'll help decide what we make and why, building the creative content plan that feeds both organic social and paid campaigns. If you get genuinely excited about a good edit, a strong hook, or nailing a shot on location, this is built around that.

You'll work closely with sales, product and leadership to know what stories are worth telling, then own turning that into content people actually stop scrolling for, and track how it performs so the next plan is sharper than the last.

• Drive the creative content plan. Plan out what we're shooting and posting across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook, organic and paid, matched to what actually works on each platform. 
• Shoot it. Get out on location with a camera: equipment yards, auctions, events, and capture video and photography that's built for social from the start.
• Edit it. You're comfortable in Adobe Premiere Pro (Photoshop and the rest of the Adobe suite is a bonus) and you actually enjoy the edit, pacing, sound, captions, cutting for retention on short-form.
• Fuel paid campaigns. Produce and adapt creative for paid social, keeping an eye on what's converting and refreshing what isn't.
• Write emails that get opened. Put together email content and campaigns that pull people back to what we're offering, not just a link dump, but content worth clicking into. 
• Own the numbers. Track content and campaign performance, find where demand is dropping off, and drive the fixes, not just report the problem.
• Bridge sales and marketing. Be the translator between what buyers need (equipment, specs, industry context) and the content and campaigns we produce.
• Be part of the room. Plan and support events, conferences and trade shows, including showing up in person, camera in hand.

• 1–2 years' marketing experience, with a real portfolio of video and photo content you've shot and edited
• Hands-on skill with a camera and confidence in Adobe Premiere Pro, you like editing
• A feel for how TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook each work differently, for both organic and paid content
• You can run several things at once without dropping the ball, and you sweat the details
• Strong written, verbal and visual communication
• You work well under deadline pressure and don't wait to be told what's next
• You can read a report and tell someone what it actually means for the next piece of content
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly regarded
