Brand and Content Creator

What you'll be doing

• Capturing content roughly three days a week, with the rest of your time spent editing and producing

• Editing video and stills for TikTok, Instagram, and beyond

• Writing and building EDMs and putting together decks in Canva

• Posting across social and managing our community day-to-day

• Reaching out to creators for gifting and contra deals in exchange for content

• Capturing the founder's and team's day-to-day to fuel relatable, trendy content

• Working hand in hand with our ad agency to execute scripts for performance creative campaigns

What you'll bring

• A genuine bias toward creation, you make things, constantly

• At least 3 years in social media marketing, either agency-side or in-house

• Graphic design experience and real fluency in Canva, CapCut, and the Adobe suite

• A love for TikTok and social, with a sharp instinct for what's working right now

• Willingness to travel to and work from our Mascot office at least three days a week

• A portfolio of creative work you've made, this is essential to your application

Bonus points

• You're a creator yourself

• You have your own TikTok presence and understand the platform intricately

• Broader marketing experience, e.g. HubSpot (or similar) for EDM mailouts

• Motion graphics skills (Adobe After Effects and the like)
