Come and join our thriving and growing practice. We have a permanent part time Medical Receptionist role available at our Medical One Moorabbin Clinic.
Enjoy the permanent part-time hours, whilst being able to have a great work life balance! We are looking for an individual who has exceptional Customer Service skills and is interested in providing community care in a busy and stimulating environment.

About us
Medical One delivers quality healthcare to communities across Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney. In operation since 1990, we hold a unique focus on creating positive experiences for our patients, professional staff, allied health providers and doctors.
About you
Medical Receptionist experience is desirable.
Customer service experience is essential.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a positive attitude and empathetic nature.
Proactive approach to learn and take on a new challenge.
Moorabbin clinic hours:
Monday: 7.45am - 1.15pm
Thursday: 7.45am - 1.15pm
Friday: 1.00pm-6.15pm
Saturday: 8.45am - 3.15pm
Rotating Sunday shift every 2-3 weeks
This role is suited to an outgoing individual who enjoys working with people, has clear and concise communication skills and amazing customer service. In this role, you will learn to lead from the front, put people first, enjoy a team environment, be trained and supported, and rewarded for your hard work.
