Role Overview
We are seeking to hire two legal interns. This role offers hands-on experience with the opportunity for visa sponsorship leading to Australian Permanent Residency.
Responsibilities
Provide a welcoming presence at the front desk, managing client and visitor interactions with professionalismAssist with administrative tasks including scheduling, document handling, and filingSupport solicitors with legal research and case preparationMaintain office organization and manage day-to-day operations efficientlyRespond to phone and email inquiries with clear and timely communicationGeneral cleaning of the office Assist in managing client records and confidentiality
Key Requirements
working a minimum of 2 days per weekAbility to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasksStrong organizational and time management skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in all tasksPrevious experience in a legal or professional office setting is preferred but not essential
