Website Engineer

This is a hands-on position focused on continuous optimisation and the seamless integration of our lead generation ecosystem. Beyond web development, you'll have the opportunity to influence and help shape how we attract, engage and convert new customers.

What you’ll be doing:  

• Develop, maintain and deploy high-quality, scalable web solutions while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Produce clean and scalable code based of technical specifications 
• Optimise website performance, speed and user experience to support engagement and conversion goals.  
• Partner with the marketing team to implement and evaluate CRO and A/B testing initiatives.  
• Strong experience with Google Tag Manager (Server-Side), Google Tag Gateway and conversion tracking APIs. (Meta, Google Ads)  
• Ensure accurate, reliable data collection and resolve tracking and attribution issues across marketing and analytics platforms.  

What we’re looking for:  

• 4+ years’ experience in a Web Development / engineering role with advanced skills in HTML, JS frameworks (Next.JS & Svelte), CSS (tailwind) and CMS platforms (DatoCMS) 
• Familiarity with debugging tools (Tag Assistant, GA DebugView, network inspections)  
• Strong experience with Google Tag Manager, GA3 
• Experience integrating websites with marketing, CRM and advertising platforms through APIs, webhooks and other tools such as Salesforce, Google Ads, Marketo and Zapier.
