About The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents and leading our care team. Your responsibilities will include:

Administering medications and updating care plansConducting baseline and focused assessmentsLeading and mentoring team members (including night shifts)Collaborating with residents, families, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure high-quality care

About You

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Passionate about aged care and resident wellbeingPrevious aged care experience (desirable but not essential)Current First Aid, CPR Certificate, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)Ability to work across day, afternoon, and night shiftsValid Australian work rights (we are unable to offer sponsorship)Alignment with our values: Integrity, Compassion, Excellence, Courage
