What you’ll do:

• Plan and manage daily schedules for technicians across the Sunshine Coast.

• Coordinate service bookings and respond promptly to customer requests.

• Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and internal teams.

• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.

• Use scheduling systems to keep operations efficient and accurate.
