About the role

The Trade Centre Sales & Warehouse Operator is a Full-time position, based at Hendra, QLD. Reporting to the Store Manager you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre and assist in the customer service, sales, and warehouse duties.

In this role you will:

• Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers (walk in, email and phone)
• To assist in the day-to-day activities within the store and within the warehouse.
• Processing orders, invoices, and payments.
• Maintaining high standards of displays and merchandising in our store.
• A forklift licence is desirable to perform some warehouse duties.

Your standard working hours are Monday to Friday between 5:30 am and 2:30 pm, totalling a 38-hour week, with any additional hours worked beyond 38 paid at overtime rates (including Saturdays).
