We're looking for passionate and driven Sous Chef to support our leadership team and play a key role in delivering premium food and service. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside talented chefs, while gaining exposure across ESCA's diverse portfolio of venues.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a premium dining environment.
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• A passion for quality ingredients, consistency, and excellent execution
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced kitchen while maintaining high standards
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Flexible availability across weekdays, evenings, and weekends
