HVAC Insulator wanted

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated HVAC Insulator to join our team. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime available. You will be responsible for insulating HVAC ductwork and related components while working alongside a skilled and supportive production team in our modern workshop.

Key responsibilities

• Insulating HVAC ductwork and related sheet metal products

• Operating CNC machines

• Measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation materials

• Maintaining high-quality workmanship standards

• Reading and interpreting workshop drawings

• Ensuring compliance with company safety procedures

• Assisting with general workshop duties as required

About you

• Previous HVAC insulation experience preferred

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a great workplace culture
