Role Overview

The Lending Manager – Franchise Pathway Program (FPP) is designed to support, coach and empower individuals into Owning their own Rate Money Franchise.

A 2-year Pathway, begin your Rate Money journey as an Internal Lending Manager honing your skills across lending, sales mastery and business vision. Backed by the team of experts at Rate Money, you will work within your dedicated territory building referral partners, brand/reputational awareness and become a community champion supporting Every Day Self Employed Aussie’s on their home loan journey. During this time, you will also benefit from being a fixed term employee of Rate Money, allowing you to build up your financials.

Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition into our own Rate Money Franchise Store located within our agreed territory.  

Objectives and Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver drive performance against clear KPIs, including: Activity levels (appointments, submissions), Conversion rates, Settlement outcomes
• Establish structured performance rhythms, including: Weekly pipeline reviews, Conversion and activity tracking, Referrer Activity and Community Engagement
• Work closely with the National Sales Performance Manager to build out your plan towards business ownership within the FPP period.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality and consistency, ensuring all files meet lender and compliance standards while supporting strong commercial outcomes
