Display Installer - Night Shift

About the role

Ever wondered who sets up those stunning Christmas displays in Sydney's biggest shopping centres and public spaces? That's us — and we need you on the crew.

We're looking for hands-on, reliable installers and assemblers to help bring premium Christmas displays to life across the Sydney Metro area and occasional regional sites. This is a fast-paced, exciting seasonal role running from mid-October through to mid-January, with most work happening on night shifts while venues are closed to the public.

What you'll be doing

• Assembling and installing premium prefab Christmas displays and decorations

• Reading and interpreting build plans accurately on-site

• Loading, unloading, and distributing materials from trucks and storage

• Working efficiently to meet strict nightly deadlines

• Representing the quality and care that goes into every display we build

About you

You must have:

• Full availability for night shift work between October and January with 3 weeks off before Christmas

• Current Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle

• Valid Construction Induction White Card

• Confidence using a range of battery-powered tools

• The ability to work well in a team and independently when needed

Highly regarded:

• Background in exhibitions, bump in/bump outs, events, carpentry, set building, or cabinet assembly

• Forklift licence and operating experience

• Electrical experience or tickets for EWP / Telehandler — a huge advantage
