We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Computer Repairs and Sales Technician to join our Morayfield store on a casual basis. Whether you are an experienced technician or a passionate, self-taught junior looking to get your foot in the door, this role offers hands-on tech experience backed by the Pro Computers team.

Shift Requirements & Hours:

• Must be available to work Saturdays and Thursday late-night trading.

• Additional weekday casual hours available based on shop demand.

• Ideal for TAFE/University students or tech enthusiasts looking for flexible rostered hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist home users and local businesses with tech issues, virus removals, software installs, and hardware repairs (Windows 10/11 and Mac).

• Run the store independently during scheduled shifts—managing stock, answering phone inquiries, and handling walk-in repairs.

• Provide confident sales advice and recommend tailored solutions to customers.

• Process payments, issue invoices, and keep job notes up to date in our ticketing system.

What We Are Looking For:

• Autonomy & Initiative: Ability to work on your own, manage your time, and take responsibility for the shop floor during your shifts.

• Strong Communication: Friendly, clear, and professional customer service skills.

• Tech Troubleshooting: Solid practical knowledge of PC hardware, Windows OS, and basic networking.

• Driven to Learn: Eagerness to build your skills with distant support from the wider Pro Computers team.

• Valid Driver’s License (preferred for occasional local calls).
