G-LUX is a boutique supplier specialising in premium Natural Stone and Porcelain, partnering with Melbourne’s leading Architects, Interior Designers, Developers and Construction industry professionals. We are expanding—and we’re looking for an exceptional Architectural Sales Representative to join our team.

About the Role

Based in Melbourne, you’ll nurture strong relationships within our extensive client base while actively pursuing new opportunities. You’ll represent G-LUX with integrity and confidence, securing specifications, providing robust product solutions, and delivering an elevated service experience from first contact through to project completion.

This is a dynamic and client-facing role that involves:

• Frontline sales and client engagement

• Generating new business and nurturing existing accounts

• Managing projects from specification through to final completion

• Achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth

• Communicating material trends, design knowledge, and product insights

What You’ll Bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in architectural or design specification sales

• A proven sales track record in business development and account management

• A background or strong interest in architecture, interior design, or construction materials

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Confidence in networking and building long-term professional relationships

• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design and product information effectively

• A customer-first approach with a goal-driven mindset

You will also demonstrate:

• Initiative, professionalism, and strong business acumen

• The ability to absorb and act on new product, material, and design knowledge

• A consistent focus on delivering exceptional client experiences

• A positive, proactive attitude and passion for the design industry
