Hospitality Technology Specialist Onsite & Remote

⭐ We're Hiring – Hospitality Technology Implementation Specialist + Remote Training Specialist (Square POS)

📍Western Australia | Full-time | Remote + On-site

Tech Pantry is expanding! We're looking for a hospitality pro who's ready to step off the floor and help venues thrive through better technology. As a Hospitality Technology Specialist, you'll work with cafes, restaurants, and bars to help them get the most out of Square and other integrated systems.

💻 What You'll Do:

Deliver remote and on-site training for venue operators and their teams

Guide new clients through Square POS setup and configuration

Provide dashboard and reporting training to help operators run smarter

Support hardware installation, testing, and troubleshooting (both online and on-site)

Consult with venues on improving their tech stack — from POS to advanced rostering, inventory management, and more

🙌 Who You Are:

You've spent several years working in hospitality (as a manager, supervisor, or operator)

You're tech-curious — maybe you've updated menus, solved printer issues, or set up QR or delivery platforms

You're confident talking to business owners, patient with training others, and thrive on helping people "get it"

You're self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently from home

You bring a great attitude, professionalism, and a good sense of humour to the table

Australian work rights are required for this position
