Digital Marketing Specialist

Star X Technology Solutions is an Australian technology services company with offices in Sydney and Melbourne. We work with a portfolio of corporate clients across digital marketing, IT infrastructure and managed services, and we're a Microsoft, Google and AWS partner.

Our clients operate across both the Australian and Chinese markets, so our team works bilingually every day.

This is a hands-on role. You'll be in the ad platforms, the SEO tools and the email platform every day, running campaigns end to end for a portfolio of client brands rather than sitting one step removed from the work.

• Build and optimise Google Ads and Meta campaigns

• Own SEO for a portfolio of client sites — keyword research, on-page optimisation, content briefs and technical fixes alongside our developers

• Run EDM campaigns — segmentation, build, scheduling and reporting

• Set up tracking in GA4 and report on paid and organic performance

• Work with client marketing teams on what to run next

• 1–3 years in digital marketing, agency or in-house

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads

• Practical SEO experience — you've done keyword research and on-page work, and you're comfortable in tools like Ahrefs, Semrush or Google Search Console

• Some exposure to an email platform (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot or similar)

• Comfortable with campaign data and reporting

• Written and spoken Mandarin, to work directly with our Mandarin-speaking clients
