THE DETAILED BITS

• You are an experienced Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in fashion retail, or a relevant industry, ideally in a fast-paced environment with a lifestyle brand.

• We are customer obsessed!!! You need to have a natural passion and enthusiasm for customer service, with the ability to create a relaxed and enjoyable shopping environment whilst building relationships with customers.

• You have a proven ability to deliver against KPIs, both financial and customer service related.

• Excellent communication skills are essential. You’ll be working closely with our HQ team!

• Outstanding organisational and time management abilities are key to driving your business forward.

• Creative visual merchandising skills to ensure our collections are presented cohesively with customer at front of mind are a must.
