Ellis Developments is an award-winning residential builder based in Townsville, North Queensland, and we're looking for an experienced Roofing Leading Hand, established Roofing Crew or experienced Roofers to join us.

With a guaranteed pipeline of at least 6 new home roofs every month, we're looking to build a long-term relationship with the right people.

✔ Guaranteed, ongoing work
✔ Consistent new home projects (no insurance or maintenance work)
✔ Organised scheduling and support from an experienced construction team
✔ Prompt payment
✔ Above-award remuneration negotiated based on experience
✔ Vehicle, tools and relocation assistance available for the right applicant
✔ Flexible arrangements considered including employment, subcontracting or an established crew
