Executive Assistant - Country Road Group

You will be at the heart of the action, helping leaders stay focused, connected and one step ahead. From managing dynamic schedules and travel, to coordinating key business priorities and building relationships across the group, no two days will look the same.

You will also join our collaborative Executive Operations team- a talented group of EAs who share ideas, back each other and are always looking for better ways to work.

This is an opportunity to go beyond traditional EA support. You’ll gain genuine exposure to senior leadership, work across different parts of the business and build a network across one of Australia’s leading fashion groups.

• Partner with senior executives to manage priorities and maximise leadership effectiveness.
• Manage complex calendars, meetings and executive communications.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries and expenses.
• Prepare presentations, reports, briefing materials and meeting documentation.
• Track key actions and deliverables, helping keep commitments and priorities on track.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support leadership forums, team events and broader business activities.
• Contribute to a collaborative Executive Operations model, providing support across portfolios during leave and peak periods.

• Experience supporting senior executives in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Strong calendar management, meeting coordination and travel management skills.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence working with Microsoft 365 and digital tools.
• Sound judgement, discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• A collaborative, team-first approach to working.
