This one does.This role provides an opportunity for an experienced healthcare leader to step into an established, doctor led specialist practice and aesthetic practice.Working closely with Dr Jason Oates, you will oversee the overall operations, people, systems and performance of a unique specialist practice delivering Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) services alongside advanced aesthetic dermal clinician and cosmetic injectable treatments.Based in Subiaco, our practice also supports patients throughout Western Australia's Mid West region through regular specialist consulting clinics in Geraldton, with additional intermittent locum support being established.Why this role is differentYou will be responsible for leading an experienced team, optimising operations and supporting the continued growth and success of a respected practice.Our team includes:Perth Medical based SecretaryGeraldton part time and casual Medical SecretariesDermal Clinician – recipient of the iS Clinical Therapist of the Year Award and WA Spirit AwardContracted Cosmetic Injectable NurseClinic CoordinatorClinical Nurses, supporting iron infusions and post operative careClinic and Digital CoordinatorAccounts AdministratorAbout the roleReporting directly to the Medical Director, Dr Jason Oates, you will oversee the day to day management and strategic direction of the practice.Your responsibilities will include:Leading, mentoring and supporting a multidisciplinary teamManaging daily clinical and administrative operationsWorkforce planning, recruitment and performance managementMonitoring financial performance, budgets and key performance indicatorsImproving systems, workflows and operational efficienciesMaintaining healthcare compliance, governance and risk management processesSupporting regional service delivery in GeraldtonOverseeing specialist consulting, dermal and cosmetic treatment operationsWorking collaboratively with clinicians to deliver an exceptional patient experienceThis is leadership role suited to someone who enjoys combining people leadership, operational excellence and business management.About youYou will have:Previous experience as a Practice Manager within a specialist medical, surgical or aesthetic environmentDemonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teamsStrong operational and commercial understandingExperience managing budgets, payroll and reportingExcellent communication and problem solving skillsA calm, professional and adaptable approachExperience with Genie (essential) and Kitomba (highly regarded)While this is a leadership role, candidates with a strong specialist management medical administration background who understand the importance of stepping in and supporting their team when required, could be regarded.Why join us?This is an opportunity to become part of an established, doctor led practice built on a genuine commitment to patient care, professionalism and innovation.We are proud of the culture we have created and the values that guide our team.Our visionTo live and help others lead their highest value life.Our purposeWe believe confidence is one of life's greatest assets.
