About the role
This is for a Permanent or Fixed Term appointments at various hours per fortnight, with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.
We are currently seeking a HIMS Officer to join our team.The HIMS Officer provides administrative and clerical support services for Fremantle Hospital (FH) Mental Health, General Health and Medical Record Services. The successful applicant will be responsible for processing departmental information in accordance with FH policies, procedures, and HIMS requirements.

Fremantle Hospital is a 300-bed specialist hospital delivering high-quality aged care, mental health, rehabilitation, planned surgery and medical services. Supporting the tertiary and quaternary services of Fiona Stanley Hospital, Fremantle Hospital and provides a broad range of specialist care across areas including mental health, orthopaedics, general and plastic surgery, ENT, specialised hand surgery, ophthalmology, urology, vascular, endoscopy, dental and maxillofacial, and women’s health services. Inclusive of day case and multi stay events.
