Warehouse/Logistics Officer

About the Role

As the Warehouse Officer you will be responsible for several key tasks within the logistics area, focusing primarily on:

• Cleaning and warehouse maintenance
• Administration of the rental fleet
• Managing company inventory and ensure that items are ordered, received, stored.
• Customer dispatch within set time guidelines as per our customer agreements
• Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, clients, and suppliers

What will you bring to the role?

• A proven track record in Customer Service, with the ability to think on your feet and problem solve.
• A successful history of working in Logistics/Warehousing space with a sense of ownership and want to improve systems.
• Ability to prioritise and manage your daily/weekly workflow with the knowledge of utilising and managing warehouse operational systems.
• Exceptional eye for detail, and an understanding of the importance of minimising mistakes and risk to CSE.
• Excellent communication, with and enthusiastic attitude to work with honestly and integrity.

Essential Qualifications and/or Skills:

• Current drivers’ license
• Current forklift license
• 1-3 years of warehousing experience in a similar role
• High level of physical fitness/ability as this role includes manual handling.
