RTP Electrical is seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Solar & Battery Sales Consultant to join our team and work directly alongside the Director on projects ranging from $100K to $2M+.

You’ll be:

• Working side-by-side with the Director on major commercial opportunities

• Closing high-value deals ($100K–$2M+)

• Leveraging qualified leads + your own network

• Positioned to earn serious commission in a growing sector

We offer a retainer + highly attractive commission structure designed to reward performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Presenting tailored commercial solar & battery solutions

• Managing and converting high-quality inbound leads

• Generating your own pipeline and leveraging existing networks

• Collaborating with our designers, engineers & installation teams

• Building long-term relationships with commercial clients

• Following up opportunities and closing deals consistently

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales performer (solar experience highly regarded)

• Strong commercial mindset with ability to handle large-scale deals

• Self-driven, motivated, and results-focused

• Professional, well-presented, and punctual

• Confident communicator with strong relationship skills

• Ability to understand numbers, proposals, and ROI discussions

• Knowledge of solar & battery systems (or willingness to learn fast)
