About the role
We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to help one of our valued participants with personal care, daily living supports, household duties and community access. Located in Glenwood, this is a long-term role working 8 hour shifts.
Key responsibilities
Provide personal care and daily living supports
Assist with household duties
Support community access
Show initiative and respond flexibly to participant needs
Demonstrate reliability and commitment to consistent shift attendance
About you
Previous experience with psychosocial participants is required
Patient, reliable, and caring nature
Ability to read the client and think on your feet
Current Valid NDIS Yellow Card
Current Valid First Aid & CPR
Current Valid Police Check
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Minimum Certificate III Qualification
Valid Drivers Licence
Fully Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance
