About the role

We are seeking an organised and reliable Warehouse & Demolition Tools Manager to manage our warehouse, demolition tools, equipment and site requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, storage and organisation.

• Prepare and allocate demolition tools and equipment for sites.

• Maintain accurate tool, equipment and stock registers.

• Conduct regular stocktakes and control inventory levels.

• Inspect returned tools and coordinate servicing, repairs and maintenance.

• Ensure damaged or unsafe equipment is removed from service.

• Track tools issued to and returned from each site.

• Coordinate daily deliveries and collections with Drivers and Site Supervisors.

• Communicate upcoming site requirements and shortages with the Operations Manager.

• Control missing, damaged and lost tools and equipment.

• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse.

• Assist with purchasing, supplier coordination and cost control.

About you

• Strong organisation and record-keeping skills.

• Experience with tools, equipment, warehouse or construction operations preferred.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic computer and inventory management skills.

• Reliable, proactive and accountable.

• Ability to work effectively with Drivers, Site Supervisors and Operations Management.
