Full / Part-Time Receptionist / Administration Assistant

Maximise Physiotherapy is a leading physiotherapy provider with clinics across Cairns and Darwin's Top End (Palmerston, Casuarina, Humpty Doo). We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our Manoora team.

This role is a great fit for a physiotherapy student, allied health student, or health professional looking for hands-on exposure to a busy multidisciplinary clinic — you'll work alongside physiotherapists and gain real insight into clinical operations, patient pathways, and the workings of a busy allied health clinic.

What you'll do:

• Front-of-house reception and client engagement

• Phone calls and bookings management

• Point-of-sale, EFTPOS and cash handling

• General administrative coordination, with support from our broader Top End network

What we're looking for:

• Studying or qualified in physiotherapy/allied health (preferred but not essential)

• Previous administrative or customer service experience, ideally in healthcare

• Excellent phone and customer service skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team

The role:
Full/part-time, 20–40 hours/week across clinic hours (8am–6:30pm Mon–Fri, 8am–12pm Sat). Immediate start available. Backed by the resources and clinical network of Maximise Physiotherapy's Top End sites, with genuine opportunities to grow within a supportive team.
