This isn't a traditional administration role. You'll work across education, content and operations, helping coordinate the creation of high-quality learning resources while ensuring our candidates receive an outstanding experience.

No two days are the same, and there is genuine opportunity to grow your role over time based on your strengths and interests.

The Role

Working closely with our editorial team, tutors and leadership team, you'll help ensure our educational content is accurate, consistent and delivered to a high standard.

You'll coordinate projects, improve workflows, support candidates, and keep multiple moving parts running smoothly.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Coordinate educational content from creation through to publication

• Review materials for consistency, formatting, quality and presentation

• Maintain and improve the structure and usability of our Student Portal

• Support candidates via phone and email with professionalism, clarity and care

• Coordinate communication between tutors, editors and internal staff

• Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows and the candidate experience

• Confidently use AI and other digital tools to support your work (full training provided), while applying sound judgement, critical thinking and attention to detail

• Take ownership of projects and follow tasks through to completion
