We’re now seeking an exceptional New Car Sales Manager to join our Maroochydore team, a results-driven leader who can drive performance, develop people and help take our growing New Vehicle operation to the next level.

About the Role

With New Vehicle volumes continuing to grow, this is an exciting opportunity to lead our New Car Sales team and play a key role in the continued success of Ken Mills Toyota Maroochydore.

You’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, developing your team, maintaining an outstanding customer experience and ensuring the department operates at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing Sales team

• Drive new vehicle sales volume, profitability and market share

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and strong customer retention

• Manage stock, inventory, deal quality and compliance with Toyota standards

• Monitor team performance and identify opportunities to improve results

• Work collaboratively with the wider dealership and management team to achieve business goals

About You

We’re looking for an experienced automotive sales leader who is driven, commercially minded and passionate about getting the best from their team.

You will ideally have:

• Proven success in automotive sales management

• Strong new vehicle sales experience

• A track record of achieving sales and profitability targets

• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills

• Excellent customer focus and commercial awareness

• The ability to create accountability while maintaining a positive team culture

• Toyota experience will be highly regarded
