About the company

You would be working for an Australian wide company, who are a specialist within the construction and infrastructure industries. Focusing on both large and small projects, the company values their people, their safety and their customer service. With the Sydney branch operating out of Wetherill Park, you would be supporting the Sales and Estimating Teams to provide exceptional service to their customers.

About the role 

We are looking for an organised and driven Sales Coordinator, who enjoys speaking with customers and supporting the Sales Team. The role works closely with the Sales and Estimating Team to create, follow-up and close quotes. You would spend the majority of your role over the phone, creating lasting relationships with our customers, helping them choose our company for their next project. Duties and responsibilities include:   

• Handling high volume calls, controlling the timely follow-up and completion of quotes
• Creating lasting relationships with customers - both corporate and trades professionals
• Setting up new quotes
• Assisting the Estimating Team with tender submissions
• Maintaining and producing project records and reports
• Managing the services inbox

Skills and experience 

• Prior experience working in Administration and Customer Service
• Prior experience with high volume calls
• Prior experience supporting sales
• Highly organised and detail oriented
• Hungry to help close the sale
• Exposure to Blue Collar/Trades (Beneficial)
