We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment across our Queensland and Northern Territory operations, with opportunities to assist other business units as required.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and can quickly adapt to changing priorities. Whether you're an experienced Recruitment Coordinator ready for your next challenge or an established recruiter looking to broaden your impact, you'll play a key role in attracting and securing great talent across the business.

Working closely with hiring managers and the wider People & Culture team, you'll manage recruitment activities from end to end while providing an outstanding experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.

You'll enjoy variety in your role including:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Building trusted relationships with hiring managers and providing guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Proactively sourcing and engaging talent through multiple channels to build strong talent pipelines.
• Coordinating multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Supporting workforce planning initiatives and identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes.

What you'll bring to the role

• Experience in internal or agency recruitment, recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or a similar people-focused role.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and high-volume workloads.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels of the business.
• A quick learner who can confidently adapt to new systems, processes, and business environments.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused and collaborative approach.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset and a genuine passion for delivering great outcomes.
• Experience using recruitment or HR systems (desirable).
