The Role
Our firm is seeking a motivated and capable Family Lawyer to join our dynamic team. You will work across a broad range of family law matters, including divorce and separation, parenting disputes, property settlements and wills and estates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters from initial consultation through to resolution using practice management systems such as LEAP.

• Work closely with Principal Solicitors on complex matters, receiving guidance and contributing to case strategy.

• Utilise RedView and LEAP to efficiently manage files, track matter progress, and maintain accurate client records

• Provide clear, strategic legal advice tailored to client needs.

• Draft court documents, affidavits, and correspondence.

• Prepare and file documents through relevant court portals.

• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings

• Maintain strong client relationships with a high standard of care and professionalism while ensuring timely communication and file management.

About You

• Admitted to practice in New South Wales

• Strong knowledge of Australian family law principles and procedures

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
