Neutrog Australia is a leading South Australian manufacturing business producing premium biological fertilisers for customers across Australia and around the world. Based at our Kanmantoo facility in the Adelaide Hills, we are continually looking for talented, motivated people to join our team.

As we prepare for our busy periods and continue to grow, we welcome applications from experienced individuals interested in a range of operational and maintenance roles.

Opportunities May Include:

• Warehouse / Storeperson Operators – Picking, receiving, loading and dispatching products.

• Production Operators – Operating equipment and working across pelletising, baling, packing and manufacturing processes.

• Front End Loader Operators – Safe and efficient operation of mobile plant and material handling equipment.

• Maintenance Personnel – Supporting plant reliability through preventative maintenance, repairs and general maintenance activities.

While immediate openings may vary throughout the year, we are always keen to connect with high-quality candidates who are interested in future opportunities with Neutrog.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing, maintenance, or similar industrial environments

• Current High Risk Forklift Licence (highly regarded)

• Front End Loader, plant operation, mechanical, fitting, welding, or maintenance experience (where applicable)

• Availability to work day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts as required

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices

• Reliable transport and a current driver's licence

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on work
