Salary: $80,000–$130,000 per year (depending on experience) + super + company vehicle

With in-house engineering and project management capability, we specialise in commercial projects with a strong focus on Service and Maintenance across healthcare, defence, education, retail, commercial and recreation sectors.

We have exciting opportunities for experienced BMS Service Technicians and a motivated BMS Service Apprentice to join our Sydney Service team.

Working across Metro Sydney, with occasional travel throughout NSW, you'll support a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their Building Management Systems continue to operate efficiently and reliably.

Experienced technicians will manage their own portfolio of clients, carrying out fault finding, repairs, preventative maintenance, system optimisation and technical support while building strong relationships with customers.

Our BMS Service Apprentice will work alongside experienced technicians, receiving hands-on training, mentoring and exposure to Schneider EcoStruxure, Honeywell and Niagara-based systems to develop into a highly skilled BMS professional.

You'll be supported by our Operations Manager and the wider EC Group team, with genuine opportunities to grow your career as the business continues to expand.

• Deliver exceptional customer service across your client portfolio.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair Building Management Systems.

• Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance.

• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and energy efficiency.

• Provide technical support and advice to clients.

• Complete accurate service reports and documentation.

• Maintain a professional, safe and customer-focused approach on every site.

To be considered, you must hold a trade qualification or a bachelor's degree in engineering, Electrical or a related discipline, or be looking to commence your career as a BMS Service Apprentice.

• Minimum 2+ years' experience servicing Building Management Systems.

• Experience with Tridium Niagara, Schneider EcoStruxure or Honeywell systems is highly regarded.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving ability.

• Solid mechanical and technical aptitude.

• Current Australian Driver's Licence.

• A genuine interest in Building Management Systems and a willingness to learn.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Current Australian Driver's Licence (or ability to obtain one).
