Key tasks during your shifts will include:

· Oversee daily operations of each front of house department within the Club and communicate objectively and informatively across platforms such as emails, teams, incident reports.

· Reconcile monetary transactions including those from TAB, ATM, POS terminals and gaming areas at shift handover

· Ensure roster amendments and shift allocations are accounted for, including consulting staff of any changes to their roster prior to these changes taking place.

· Proactively engage with both customers and staff to lead by example in fostering positive, solution-oriented outcomes.

· Provide genuine and respectful leadership, recognize and celebrate our champions and offer feedback in a way that’s supportive and focused on growth.

Candidates must hold RMLV, RSA, RSG and National Police Check

Club experience advantageous
