Relier is proud to be partnering with Levi's® to recruit for their brand new flagship store opening on George Street, a landmark 3-level destination in the heart of the Sydney CBD.
An exciting opportunity to shape the visual identity of the flagship. You'll bring the brand to life through compelling visual storytelling, elevate the in-store experience, and ensure every level of the store reflects the premium Levi's® aesthetic. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how customers experience the brand from the moment they walk in.

We're seeking to appoint a full-time Visual Merchandiser who is driven by a passion for creativity and storytelling, to make a real difference across one of the brand's flagship locations. This role will eventually start to support other stores. 

Our ideal candidate:

• Proven experience in visual merchandising within a fashion or lifestyle retail environment
• Creative individual with a strong eye for styling, spatial design and brand storytelling
• Passionate about translating brand identity into an elevated in-store experience
• Motivated by the challenge of maintaining visual excellence across a large-format, multi-level store
• Confident partnering with store leadership and wider team members to execute floor sets, campaigns and product launches on time and to standard
• Comfortable managing competing priorities across multiple levels of a high-traffic, high-visibility flagship

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Execute visual merchandising standards and guidelines to reflect the premium Levi's® brand experience across all three levels of the store
• Lead floor sets, promotional installations and product launches in line with brand direction and campaign timelines
• Partner with the Store Manager, Operations Manager and wider team to ensure visual standards are maintained throughout the trading day
• Monitor visual presentation continuously, taking corrective action where required to uphold brand consistency
• Collaborate with the Boutique Stylist and store team to align styling and visual direction across the customer journey
• Support the coordination of stock placement and replenishment in line with visual merchandising priorities
• Provide feedback and recommendations to store leadership on visual performance, customer engagement and commercial opportunities
• Coach and upskill team members on visual merchandising standards and techniques
• Ensure all visual merchandising activity is executed safely and in line with company policy
