Customer Service Officer (Afternoon Shift) - Hazelmere

We are seeking a bright and bubbly Customer Service Officer to fill a full-time position within our busy Regional Freight depot based in Hazelmere.

This role has working hours of 10am to 6pm.  For staff holiday coverage, there will be a need to have this role work from 12 noon to 8pm.   There may also be a need for some overtime, and this will be paid at penalty rates.

A friendly manner and exceptional communication skills, along with proficient data-entry, excellent recall and above average problem-solving skills are non-negotiable prerequisites in this fast-paced role.

Experience with freight systems, manifesting and dangerous goods is preferred, but if you understand the complexities of general freight, are a fast learner and have commitment and dedication then CTI is looking for you to become part of a proud team who are committed to providing excellent service to our customers and regional hubs.

Experience in a similar role within the Transport Industry is essential.

Duties will include

*Telephone Customer Service

*Data Entry, booking jobs, job queries, manifesting, along with problem solving.

*Tending to a busy inbox in a timely and methodical manner

*Phone and email liaison with country agents

*Working individually and as part of a team

*Working hours as detailed above (10am-6pm & 12noon-8pm) with overtime if required.
