As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and helping projects come to life.

What you’ll be doing

As our Sales Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in our customer journey by:

* Responding promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, website and social media.

* Following up sales leads generated by the Marketing team.

* Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and solutions.

* Preparing quotations and following up outstanding quotes.

* Converting enquiries into confirmed sales and showroom appointments.

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.

* Coordinating with the Sales, Marketing and Installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

* Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

* Supporting marketing activities by collecting customer feedback, project photos and testimonials.

* Assisting with general sales administration as required.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is:

* Excellent in spoken and written English.

* Experienced in sales, customer service or sales administration (preferred).

* A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.

* Proactive and confident in following up leads and converting enquiries into sales.

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

* Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.

* Able to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion.

* Honest, reliable and responsible, with a strong work ethic.

* Positive, self-motivated and willing to learn.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.

* Looking for a long-term opportunity and keen to grow with the company.

* Legally entitled to work in Australia.
