We're currently seeking a skilled and motivated Lagger / Sheetmetal Trade Worker to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a supportive and professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install insulation and cladding systems on piping, ductwork, vessels, and equipment

• Fabricate, fit, and install sheetmetal components (including aluminium, stainless steel, and galvanised cladding)

• Work from drawings, plans, and verbal instructions

• Operate standard tools and machinery safely and efficiently

• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors on-site

Duties / Tasks:

• Cutting metal stock along guidelines using hand and power shears, guillotines and drills

• Shaping and forming cut metal stock into products using folding and bending machines, rollers, presses and hammers

• Fitting and assembling components into final products by riveting and otherwise joining

• Repair damaged sheetmetal products and components

• Specialise in fabrication, or on-site assembly and installation, of sheetmetal products

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a lagger and/or sheetmetal worker in industrial or commercial settings

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

• White Card (Construction Induction Card)

• Driver’s license and reliable transport

• Relevant trade qualifications or demonstrated equivalent experience

Desirable (but not essential):

• Confined space, working at heights or EWP tickets

• Forklift licence

• Experience in HVAC or mechanical insulation
