Interstate MC Driver

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Interstate MC Driver to join our Greenock-based team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering competitive pay, regular interstate work and the opportunity to become part of an established family-owned business with a modern, well-maintained fleet.

You will be responsible for safely transporting freight across interstate routes, ensuring loads are secured correctly, paperwork is completed accurately and freight and equipment are handled with a high standard of care.

·         Current unrestricted MC Licence with Road Ranger experience

·         BFM certificate

·         Relevant heavy-vehicle driving experience

·         Ability to load, unload and secure freight safely

·         Strong understanding of road safety and fatigue-management requirements

·         Good communication and time-management skills

·         Reliable, safety-focused attitude and strong work ethic

·         Ability to work independently, follow instructions and manage time effectively

·         Good driving record

·         Professional care for freight, vehicles and equipment

·         Ability to complete trip paperwork accurately and meet compliance requirements

·         Forklift licence

·         Full working rights in Australia

Experience with general freight, flat-top trailers, tautliners or interstate transport will be highly regarded.
