Rec Alley Minto – Club Coordinator (Casual)

Rec Alley Minto is looking for a motivated and ambitious Club Coordinator to lead a highly engaged team and membership.

This role offers a minimum of 12 hours per week on a casual basis, with additional hours and duties available for candidates seeking more work. Rec Alley offers a very flexible work environment for those with families, study or other commitments. At Rec Alley our busiest periods are in the evenings (4:00pm - 8:00pm) and weekends, whilst we work with your availabilities, we are seeking applicants who are available in the afternoons and weekends specifically.

Rec Alley Minto is one-of-four Rec Alley gymnastics clubs in Western Sydney. Join our highly engaged and professional Club Management Team, driving great people management initiatives and business outcomes. Other Rec Alley locations include Rosehill, Gregory Hills and Oran Park with more locations opening in 2026 and 2027.

As an important part of the Club Management Team, you will be mentored and inspired by a talented and experienced Executive Team. There are plenty of Learning and Development activities including team and industry conference days and workshops.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating daily club activities and priorities

• Drive membership sales & targets

• Supporting participants and ensuring a positive club environment

• Liaising with staff, members, and stakeholders

• General administration and on-site coordination

• End-to-end roster management

About you:

• Business and sales savvy with a desire to work in recreation

• Reliable, organised, and people-focused

• Strong communication, teamwork and people skills

• Available for flexible hours, including afternoons or weekends

• Working with Children and Police Checks required*
